We are expanding and are currently looking for experienced professionals to join our growing remote team as a Custom Home Bidding Virtual Assistant.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with proven experience in estimation and custom home bidding for U.S. clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the U.S. Building Codes (IRC & IBC) and the ability to provide accurate estimates, proposals, and documentation for residential and custom home construction projects.

This is a permanent work-from-home position that requires direct communication with U.S.-based clients, so excellent English communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review proposal specifications, drawings, scopes of work, and contract documents to determine project requirements.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to produce accurate cost estimates.
  • Incorporate historical data, subcontractor pricing, and productivity analysis into estimates.
  • Perform computerized quantity take-offs and pricing of all assigned items.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of final estimate packages before submission.
  • Participate in bid preparation, proposal development, and project handovers.
  • Maintain and update the estimating cost database.
  • Communicate closely with U.S. clients, Project Executives, and Managers regarding proposals, fees, and deadlines.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in residential or custom home construction projects for U.S. clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. Building Codes (IRC & IBC).
  • Proven ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, scopes of work, and specifications.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Willing to work on a night shift (11 PM - 08 AM Manila time).
