Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting the hospice marketing team with outreach activities, communication follow-ups, and coordination with physician offices. Ensures all missing referral or certification documents are obtained accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call physician offices to follow up on missing face-to-face, certification, or supporting hospice documents
  • Assist with referral follow-ups and relationship-building with provider offices
  • Track and update leads, outreach activities, and document status in CRM/EMR
  • Draft simple marketing emails or messages when needed
  • Provide weekly reports on outreach efforts and pending documents
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in healthcare or hospice setting is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
  • Familiarity with CRM or EMR systems preferred
  • Confident phone etiquette, able to speak with doctors' offices professionally
