Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Mid-Level Software Developer with leadership skills to contribute to the development and implementation of functional software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with the team, assist in defining software requirements, and take on leadership responsibilities in technical projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to develop software solutions, delegate tasks, and lead issue resolution
  • Contribute to software design and architecture discussions, providing leadership insights
  • Execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle, managing and prioritizing as necessary
  • Utilize appropriate tools and programming for task automation, guiding team members as needed
  • Lead code review and debugging processes, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance products, providing leadership guidance

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in web and software development
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Laravel, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with AWS maintenance tasks
  • Basic knowledge of mobile development for iOS and Android platforms
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
  • Familiarity with SOLID Principle and Design Patterns
  • Experience working with databases like PostgreSql/MySQL
  • Basic skills in Linux console operations
  • Ability to comprehend projects from client and business perspectives
  • Adaptability and willingness to adjust priorities as needed
  • Amenable to report onsite Holy Spirit Drive, Quezon City (Near Ever Gotesco)
  • Ability to research and implement solutions for programming challenges
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including delegation, team collaboration, and decision-making
