About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO content writing. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical — someone who can craft engaging, high-performing content while leveraging SEO strategies to boost visibility, traffic, and conversions.

You will be responsible for developing optimized website and blog content, managing on-page and off-page SEO, conducting keyword research, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation through content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, plan, and write SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic rankings and traffic.
  • Optimize existing content to improve search performance, readability, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with design, social media, and paid ads teams to ensure consistent messaging and cross-platform alignment.
  • Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush (or similar).
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO and content marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Assist in managing link-building campaigns, guest posting, and outreach activities.
  • Create content calendars aligned with the overall marketing strategy and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO content writing.
  • Proven experience writing and optimizing content for search engines (portfolio or writing samples required).
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, SurferSEO, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of keyword intent, content structure, and on-page optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and social media marketing is a plus.
