We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Social Media Marketing: Create and manage engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to grow online presence and engagement.
  • SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage paid search campaigns to improve visibility and drive traffic.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to produce blogs, ads, newsletters, and multimedia content that align with brand messaging.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead Generation: Implement strategies to attract and nurture leads through landing pages, forms, and targeted campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Design, segment, and run email campaigns to promote services, nurture leads, and retain clients.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and content reflect the brand's voice and visual identity.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating engaging content.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop fresh ideas and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled at interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Time Management: Capable of handling multiple campaigns, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability: Able to adjust strategies quickly based on performance and industry changes.
  • Self-Motivated: Independent and proactive in managing projects in a remote work environment.
