About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to build and optimise the top of our funnel across multiple channels. You'll manage outbound and inbound campaigns, automate workflows, and collaborate with our customers to design and execute their marketing campaigns.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on experimentation, loves systems like HubSpot, Instantly, and , and understands how to create engagement across LinkedIn and email funnels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Funnel Building

  • Design, build, and optimise email funnels and nurture sequences for lead generation and client onboarding.
  • Develop and manage outbound campaigns using , Instantly, and LinkedIn automation.
  • Manage data enrichment, contact segmentation, and audience targeting via and HubSpot.
  • Monitor and optimise open rates, response rates, and conversion metrics across all outbound activities.

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Create, schedule, and manage campaigns across LinkedIn and email channels, aligning messaging with brand positioning and audience segments.
  • Support content creation (copy, visuals, CTAs) that drives engagement and qualified leads.
  • Assist customers in building and refining their own campaigns using best practices in email and LinkedIn outreach.

Systems & Automation

  • Maintain and optimise HubSpot CRM workflows, contact segmentation, and lead scoring models.
  • Integrate tools and automate lead flow between LinkedIn, , Instantly, HubSpot, and internal dashboards.
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using HubSpot analytics and relevant data sources.

Collaboration & Customer Success

  • Partner with internal teams (growth, sales, product) to refine audience targeting and messaging.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their goals and help set up or improve their own campaigns.
  • Continuously test and refine outreach methods to improve campaign outcomes and reduce acquisition costs.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot, , Instantly, and LinkedIn Campaigns.
  • Proven track record in building successful outbound or inbound funnels.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and tools in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on testing, measurement, and optimisation.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools or automation platforms (e.g. Make, n8n, Zapier).
  • Experience working with B2B tech, SaaS, or startup clients.
  • Understanding of cold email deliverability, domain warming, and inbox management.
