About Us:

We are a growing marketing team based in Istanbul, Turkey, managing digital ad campaigns for Pilates studios, fitness centers, and beauty salons worldwide.

We are now expanding our remote team to handle projects through Upwork and international clients in the wellness industry.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, generate leads, and optimize performance for clients in the Pilates, fitness, and beauty industries.

You will work closely with our founder and creative team to plan, launch, and manage campaigns that bring real business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
  • Write ad copy, design visuals (using Canva or similar tools), and analyze performance
  • Research new client opportunities on Upwork and help manage proposals
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI
  • Prepare simple weekly reports on campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and interest in the wellness / fitness / beauty industry

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing Upwork client accounts
  • Previous experience working with beauty, wellness, or Pilates brands
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
