The Guiding Star LLC is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives on bold strategies, captivating visuals, and measurable results. In this role, you'll play a vital part in elevating our real estate brand through innovative campaigns and a strong, engaging online presence.

Website Management

  • Keep our website vibrant, visually engaging, and aligned with our brand identity
  • Update and optimize web content to enhance SEO performance, responsiveness, and user experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our digital presence supports broader marketing goals

Graphic Design

  • Design eye-catching visuals for social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing materials
  • Utilize tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator to produce creative, on-brand assets
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms while keeping content fresh and innovative

Social Media Management

  • Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more)
  • Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies to boost visibility and engagement
  • Stay ahead of trends — from viral content to emerging platforms — to ensure our brand remains vibrant and relevant

Minimum technical requirements:

Processor (CPU): Intel Core i5 (10th gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen series

or newer)

RAM: 8 GB minimum (16 GB recommended)

Storage: 256 GB SSD (minimum)

Operating System: Windows 10/11 (Pro or Home) or macOS

Webcam & Microphone: 720p HD webcam and external microphone or headset

with noise cancellation for clear communication

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

3–5 years of experience in marketing, design, or as a digital assistant

Strong background in website content management

Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Solid experience in managing social media content and developing strategy

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
