We specialize in helping businesses close more sales through our full sales system—a combination of Meta Ads Management, Social Media Marketing, and our proprietary CRM software. Our mission is to empower businesses, especially in industries like real estate, aesthetics, travel, and more, to streamline lead management, improve follow-ups, and achieve higher conversion rates.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and knows how to drive measurable results through Meta Ads.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for clients across different industries.
  • Conduct audience research, ad targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to lower CPMs, CPCs, and improve CTRs.
  • Prepare and present monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for ad copy and visual asset production.
  • Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads trends, updates, and best practices.
  • Assist in client meetings to discuss strategies and results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
  • Experience in creating ad copywriting and creatives (with team support).
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • A proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Google Ads or other paid platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
