A successful Market Growth Manager will combine a data-driven marketing approach with a relationship-building business development mindset to generate new business opportunities and new partners.

The Market Growth Manager will collaborate and contribute significantly to the entire lead-to-opportunity pipeline, ensuring a cohesive and efficient growth strategy from initial market research to new acquired business.

This role is broken into two key areas of responsibility

  1. Lead Generation (Marketing Focus)

  2. Business Development (Sales Focus)

Lead Generation (Marketing Focus)

  • Manage the Fenyx marketing efforts by coordinating strategic marketing campaigns through content marketing (blogs, email marketing, social media, etc)
  • Manage and optimize lead generation channels, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality prospects
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Strategy Directors to develop effective Fenyx campaigns that will generate inbound leads
  • Research of new business opportunities including but not limited to identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities

Business Development (Sales Focus)

  • Confidence to manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and direct engagement with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Lead initial discovery calls and presentations with prospects to understand their business needs and position our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and internal stakeholders to transition qualified opportunities and support the closing process, including proposal creation and negotiation.
  • Engage communities and networking groups that can expand Fenyx's network and generate new business opportunities

Experience Qualifications ::

  1. 5-7 years of experience in a combined marketing and business development role, with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.

  2. Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.

  3. Up to date with marketing innovations related to A.I.

  4. Understands how to effectively apply A.I. tools to workflow

  5. Strong organizational and time management skills

  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
