The Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's network marketing strategies to expand brand reach and increase sales of furniture products. This role involves recruiting, training, and motivating independent distributors or affiliate sellers to promote and sell furniture lines through tiered commission structures. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in MLM systems and sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute MLM marketing plans to promote company furniture products and achieve sales goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train network marketers, resellers, or affiliate partners.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of distributors and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Create incentive and commission programs to motivate and retain distributors.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies to support network sales growth.
  • Conduct regular training, meetings, and performance evaluations for distributors and team leaders.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance and growth reports for management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and production teams to ensure timely product availability and promotions.
  • Handle conflict resolution, complaints, and inquiries from the network team.
  • Ensure ethical and transparent MLM operations aligned with company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Multi-Level Marketing or network sales management (preferably in retail or consumer products).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, training, and motivational abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM, sales tracking, and online marketing tools.
  • Background in the furniture industry is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
