The Role

We're looking for a
Marketing & Community Manager

who can own RYVAL's presence on
X (Twitter)

and beyond — driving awareness, growth, and connection across gaming and streaming communities. 

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across
    X (Twitter)

, Discord, and other community platforms.
- Grow and engage RYVAL's online presence — from witty tweets to viral community moments.
- Manage streamer partnerships and activations, ensuring creators and their audiences feel supported and excited about RYVAL.
- Build and moderate a thriving community (Discord, X, etc.) that fosters engagement, feedback, and fun.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan campaigns, test ideas, and create content that resonates with gamers and creators.
- Collect insights from community activity to help shape product direction and marketing priorities.

Who You Are

  • You live and breathe
    gaming, creators, and internet culture

- You've managed communities or social accounts for gaming, tech, or creator-focused brands.
- You have strong experience in
X (Twitter) marketing

, from growth strategy to meme fluency.
- You understand how to connect with streamers and build genuine partnerships.
- You're proactive, resourceful, and thrive in startup environments where creativity wins.

Bonus Points

  • Experience managing or moderating
    Discord

communities.
- Background in esports, influencer relations, or live-stream marketing.
