the United States and globally, and we run everything from paid ads to creative production
in-house.
Our Manila operation includes both a modern office and a nearby luxury content studio (about
10 minutes apart), creating a one-of-a-kind workspace where marketers, creators, and analysts
collaborate daily. We work fast, think big, and push boundaries.

Role Overview
The Head of Growth is a senior leadership role responsible for driving all paid media, creative
testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across our e-commerce brands. You will
oversee all media buyers and manage performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and
other channels.
Your goal: scale profitable growth by combining strong analytics, creative testing, and
operational excellence. You'll work side-by-side with our CEO and leadership team to execute
the company's global growth strategy from our Manila office.
What You'll Do
● Own all paid acquisition – Manage high-spend campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok,
Amazon, and affiliates. Optimize CAC, ROAS, and new customer growth.
● Lead the growth team – Oversee and mentor media buyers, performance marketers, and
creative strategists. Hire new talent with executive approval and set KPIs that drive
measurable results.
● Drive creative testing – Build a high-velocity testing framework with the content studio to
continuously experiment with hooks, UGC, and influencer assets.
● Boost conversions – Lead CRO and landing-page optimization for our Shopify 2.0
websites to increase AOV and conversion rates.
● Data and forecasting – Use our centralized data warehouse to measure, forecast, and
report performance across all channels.
● Create structure and SOPs – Implement standardized workflows and testing systems for
scalable, repeatable success.
● Collaborate across teams – Partner with creative, web, finance, and operations to align
growth initiatives with company goals. Present findings and strategy directly to the CEO.
What You'll Bring
● 7+ years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience, including leadership roles.
● Proven success scaling paid acquisition and improving CAC/ROAS for online brands.
● Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms.
● Strong understanding of creative strategy, testing, and data-driven decision making.
● Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and managing marketing P&L.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
● Experience building and mentoring marketing teams.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
