We are currently seeking an experienced Brand Manager to assist us in establishing and enhancing our brand identity and increasing brand recognition. As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's internal and external image by uncovering internal and external customer insights and executing innovative marketing campaigns. Your creative thinking, strategic mindset, and experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns are essential for this position. Ultimately, your contributions will help us enhance our company's reputation and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing brand strategies for the company and campaigns for individual products
  • Identifying products and campaigns that need better branding
  • Reviewing and adjusting branding strategies as needed
  • Meeting with marketing, and creative teams to make sure content and goals are consistent
  • Giving direction for product packaging, web design, marketing copy, logos, advertisements and visuals
  • Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Create and manage brand initiatives
  • Lead creative development to inspire the target audience to take action
  • Establish performance specifications, cost parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, conduct consumer market research, analyze competitors' activities, and analyze all market data to find ways to grow clients and improve branding.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer feedback
  • Develop innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics
  • By focusing on the creative and strategic aspects of content management, the Brand Manager ensures a cohesive brand presence on TikTok and YouTube platforms, distinct from the Digital Marketing Manager's role in executing broader marketing campaigns and strategies.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven Experience: Worked as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
  • Brand Development: Demonstrated ability to create brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Target Audience Identification: Experience in identifying target audiences and creating successful campaigns.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Analytical and Creative: Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to think analytically and a strong inclination towards numbers.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best marketing practices.
  • Education: Hold a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
