The Role in Action

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales and Marketing Manager who is ready to take Starbond's growth and marketing systems to the next level. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a strong leader who can build and execute high-performing sales and marketing strategies, optimize workflows, and coach our growing team to success.

This is a key leadership position that directly impacts our brand visibility, sales performance, and customer engagement. You'll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams—including marketing assistants, graphic designers, influencer managers, and web developers—to drive measurable growth and elevate our systems for long-term scalability.

You must be a results-driven professional who thrives on accountability, excels in process management, and knows how to build a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee marketing and sales funnel optimization to maximize conversions and ROI.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members across marketing, design, and influencer management functions.
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Improve workflow efficiency by developing, documenting, and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Drive consistent team accountability through goal-setting, performance monitoring, and structured reviews.
  • Spearhead the enhancement of digital marketing efforts, including influencer, affiliate, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a dynamic, collaborative team culture with high standards and professional growth opportunities.
  • Manage projects from strategy to execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable systems that support company growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in e-commerce or product-based industries.
  • Proven success in developing and managing sales and marketing funnels.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, process improvement, and SOP creation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, influencer programs, and paid advertising.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with a focus on measurable results and accountability.
