About the Role

Agyle Brands is building the next generation of Filipino consumer brands — and we're looking for a hands-on, full-stack growth marketer to drive sales and retention across our brand portfolio.

You'll lead the charge in growing monthly sales volume and value across multiple DTC brands, working across Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify. This isn't just an ads role — it's a commercial growth seat where you'll think in systems, experiment fast, and use data to shape how our brands scale sustainably.

You'll work directly with the CEO and brand management team, balancing strategy with execution, and eventually building frameworks and junior support around you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth Across Brands:
     Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada to achieve brand-specific MoM sales and retention targets.
  • Performance & Efficiency:
     Improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency through experimentation, creative testing, and offer design.
  • Systematize Scaling:
     Develop brand-by-brand playbooks that evolve into shared frameworks for campaign structure, audience testing, and retention models.
  • Data & Reporting:
     Build and maintain live dashboards to monitor performance; conduct monthly deep dives and quarterly strategic reviews to inform direction.
  • Influence Commercial Levers:
     Collaborate with brand and operations teams on pricing, promotions, bundling, merchandising, and creative strategy to accelerate sales.
  • Retention & CRM:
     Strengthen customer lifetime value through email, SMS, loyalty, and remarketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
     Work closely with brand management, creatives, and operations to align marketing efforts with inventory, merchandising, and content schedules.
  • Adopt Tools & Innovation:
     Leverage analytics platforms (Shopify, Looker Studio, etc.) and explore AI tools for insights, reporting, or optimization.

What You'll Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience
     in digital or eCommerce marketing, ideally in DTC or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of managing growth and retention across multiple brands or channels.
  • Expertise in 1–3 high-impact areas
    , such as:
  • Performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada)
  • Lifecycle marketing (email/SMS/CRM)
  • Analytics & reporting
  • Conversion rate optimization or offer design
  • Working knowledge or curiosity
     across other growth disciplines — acquisition, retention, merchandising, and analytics — with a drive to keep learning.
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with metrics like ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention rate, and contribution margin.
  • Hands-on experience managing ad accounts, testing creatives, and translating insights into next actions.
  • Ability to move between 
    strategic thinking and tactical execution
     — you can design systems and make them work.
  • Collaborative approach; comfortable working with creatives, operations, and brand teams to align business goals with growth tactics.
  • Bonus: Experience mentoring interns, freelancers, or small teams.
