The Role As the Shopify E-Commerce Manager, you will lead all aspects of our online business. You'll focus on acquisition, retention, and conversion—leveraging creative campaigns, data insights, and technology to deliver consistent growth and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the Shopify storefront to maximize conversion, speed, and usability.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across email, SMS, and promotional channels to drive traffic and sales.
  • Build, segment, and manage email and SMS databases with a focus on personalization and engagement.
  • Partner with creative, merchandising, and operations teams to plan product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
  • Analyze performance data and site analytics to identify trends, measure ROI, and guide continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and manage campaign calendars, launch schedules, and content timelines.
  • Implement SEO, merchandising, and content best practices to enhance visibility and conversion.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and customer service teams to ensure flawless execution of promotions and orders.
  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, emerging tools, and digital marketing innovations.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of e-commerce marketing experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • Proven success managing and optimizing Shopify stores.
  • Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive).
  • Strong grasp of e-commerce KPIs, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics), and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Strategic and creative mindset with strong copywriting and campaign development abilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience managing paid social and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations that enhance marketing or operational efficiency.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for Shopify theme customization.
