Shopify Website Management

  • Maintain, update, and optimize the company's Shopify storefront
  • Manage product listings, collections, banners, apps, and integrations
  • Ensure seamless user experience and resolve technical issues when necessary
  • Coordinate landing page creation for marketing campaigns and promotions

Performance Marketing & Ad Management

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
  • Monitor performance and conduct weekly reporting on ad spend, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and other key metrics
  • Recommend and implement optimizations based on performance results and market trends

Analytics & Insights

  • Use Google Analytics, Shopify reports, Meta insights, and other tools to analyze customer behavior and sales funnel performance
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Identify growth opportunities based on traffic trends, product performance, and user journeys
  • Support A/B testing and data-led experimentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign planning and promotional calendars
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and merchandising teams to execute e-commerce campaigns
  • Ensure the website content, visuals, and messaging are aligned with overall brand and marketing goals
