Job Description:

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., MHA Online Store, Lazada, Shopee), ensuring the online store is functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Monitor platform performance, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal site speed and functionality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, promotions) and implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and visibility.
  • Analyze and report on campaign and platform performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, sales trends, and customer behavior; generate regular reports with actionable insights; conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment; prepare demand planning and forecasting in coordination with Supply Chain.
  • Manage inventory levels by maintaining safety stock, conducting periodic audits with Internal Audit and Supply Chain, and ensuring proper storage of all SKUs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in the accounting system in coordination with the E-commerce Admin.
  • Resolve online order issues promptly and coordinate with the Customer Service team for non-ecommerce-related concerns; implement strategies to boost customer engagement and retention (e.g., loyalty programs, personalized offers).
  • Ensure secure payment processing, monitor payment gateway performance, troubleshoot payment issues, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations in coordination with Finance & Accounting.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Has experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and online marketplaces.
  • Can start immediately
