THE E-COMMERCE CONTENT OFFICER

The E-commerce Content Officer is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings across all online sales channels. This role ensures that all product content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines while driving visibility, traffic, and conversions through SEO optimization and regular updates. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a seamless e-commerce experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Write and edit product titles, descriptions, and specifications that are accurate, clear, and engaging.
  • Ensure all product images meet brand quality standards and are uploaded correctly.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all listings.
  • Conduct regular audits to check for errors or inconsistencies in product content.

  • Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into product titles, descriptions, and meta tags.
  • Optimize product listings for search engines on all e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor SEO performance and implement improvements based on analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support SEO strategies for campaigns and promotions.
  • Update product details when new information or changes arise, including pricing, stock, and variants.
  • Implement promotional pricing, seasonal campaigns, and discount offers accurately and on schedule.

You will also be:

  • Coordinating with merchandising and fulfillment teams to reflect real-time stock availability.
  • Maintain smooth communication and consistency across teams for effective e-commerce operations.
  • Work with merchandising and marketing teams to align product content with campaigns.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment/logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory representation online.
  • Provide content support for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and special campaigns.
  • Working with KAMs in Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok
  • Support customer service with product or listing clarifications when needed.

You'll Help Us Grow By:

  • Tracking product page metrics such as views, clicks, and conversions.
  • Identify underperforming listings and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Collect customer feedback related to product content and usability to recommend enhancements.
  • Prepare regular reports on product content performance and SEO impact.
  • Ensure compliance with platform rules (content guidelines, banned keywords, pricing parity, etc.
  • Coordinate with KAMs for participation in campaigns, flash sales, and platform initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.

·       Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada)

·       Strong knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.

·       Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

·       Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

·       Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
