Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and related reports).

Record assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses in compliance with accounting standards.

Maintain monthly schedules of expenses, accrued expenses, and other payables.

Perform account reconciliations for balance sheets and expense accounts.

Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and BIR requirements.

Supervise and guide the accounting team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Identify process improvements and strengthen internal control systems.

Assist in monthly P&L analysis, audits, and financial reviews.

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for required documents and data.

Evaluate financial risks and recommend improvements.

Manage business accounts and budgets.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Prior experience as an Accountant or Accounting Officer.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Strong analytical, organizational, and administration skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Schedule:

Mondays to Saturdays (with WFH setup on Saturdays)
