We Are Looking for High-Potential Candidates for the Following Position:

  1. Cost Accounting Supervisor
  2. Accounting Supervisor- Internal/ External Audit
  3. Management Accounting Supervisor

Cost Accounting Supervisor

  • Manage the cost accounting processes, including the analysis and reporting of production costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
  • Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of inventory records, ensuring tight controls and accurate reporting
  • Prepare and present detailed cost and inventory reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with the production and finance teams to optimize inventory levels and control costs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the accounting team

Accounting Supervisor- Internal/External Audit

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any audit findings
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with BIR regulations
  • Train and mentor junior members of the accounting team to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making

Managment Accounting Supervisor

  • Gathering and interpreting information to evaluate the efficiency of financial procedures
  • Analyzing key financial data and advising senior management on strategic planning.
  • Developing and implementing cost-effective financial policies and procedures, as well as mitigating financial risks.
  • Preparing financial reports and budgets, as well as controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.
  • Overseeing accounting procedures and supervising junior financial department staff.
  • Monitoring auditing and taxation practices, as well as evaluating benefits and compensation packages.
  • Ensuring that financial management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Performing financial recordkeeping, as well as protecting sensitive and confidential information.
  • Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting.
