Job Description:

1.Be responsible for the management of local market promoters in the Philippines, assist in product promotion and channel retail sales for the brand; develop Key Account (KA) channels; maintain relationships with KA clients.

2. Conduct periodic monitoring and analysis of store and channel sales volumes and inventory, providing recommendations for the regional market; develop target clients, introduce brand business, build PR with target clients, and achieve sales targets.

3. Possess keen customer/consumer insight, able to base thinking on consumer purchase decisions and usage scenarios, refine regional market strategies, drive goal achievement, oversee the end-to-end retail process for product launches, coordinate cross-departmental resources to enable strategy execution, and ensure a closed-loop process from planning to terminal implementation.

4. Ensure regional marketing alignment plans and manage end-to-end budgeting and execution from regional departments; oversee and plan the volume, pricing, and inventory of existing product lines.

5. Summarize best practices in localized channel management/retail in the Philippines, develop practical cases and standards, and promote their adoption across the region; address local business needs, formulate and execute retail strategic plans, lead the establishment and optimization of retail operations systems, track and evaluate core retail initiatives, and ensure effective implementation of strategic goals.

6. Supervise brand image management and evaluate marketing effectiveness; collaborate with relevant departments to design and execute brand campaign plans, monitoring implementation to achieve ROI targets and enhance brand reputation.

7. Optimize retail front standards and personnel management mechanisms to improve terminal operational efficiency and sales conversion.

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month

  • Possess practical experience in terminal retail operations, understanding the daily work content and basic management methods of retail stores.
  • Familiar with the fundamentals of merchandise operations, with preliminary product logic and strategic thinking. Local vape channel resources are a plus
  • Capable of independently managing the end-to-end process of regional marketing (MKT), from strategy to execution. Able to work autonomously and solve problems independently.
  • Ability to evaluate vape products, with a strong sense of identification for the vape industry. Basic channel experience, including the ability to assess commercial zones and shopping mall tiers, and sensitivity to store placement strategies.

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Senior Retail Manager: 1 year (Required)
