We're Hiring: Cost Accounting Senior Supervisor

Join a dynamic team where your expertise in accounting drives real impact We're looking for a skilled professional to lead cost accounting, inventory control, budgeting, and financial reporting functions with precision and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy (CPA is a plus but not required)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in cost accounting, preferably in medium to large organizations
  • Strong knowledge of inventory, fixed assets, and budgeting processes
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Can work under pressure and adapt to extended hours when needed

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Inventory & Cost Accounting

  • Lead inventory audits and reconcile SAP vs. physical counts
  • Manage costing for new materials and update standard costs
  • Analyze scrap rates, BOMs, and activity rates

Budget Management

  • Prepare forecasts and annual budgets for business divisions
  • Monitor CAPEX/OPEX and validate depreciation expenses
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure budget compliance

Financial Reporting

  • Generate monthly P&L reports and quarterly consolidation for HQ
  • Prepare HFM reports and support external audit queries
