We are looking for a highly strategic, data-driven, and business-minded Senior Account Manager or Associate Director to lead client relationships, shape multi-market digital strategy, and partner closely with global teams across marketing, creative, analytics, and product. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in client-facing strategy , structured decision-making , and cross-functional collaboration , the ideal profile combines strong marketing fundamentals, exceptional communication, and the ability to translate data into strategic direction. Why This Role Work with top-tier global lifestyle and hospitality brands Lead strategy across digital, brand, content, analytics, and market performance Partner with cross-border teams (analytics, media, product, research) Join a globally connected, remote-first environment Competitive compensation and stable long-term engagement What You’ll Be Doing Client Leadership & Strategic Advisory Act as the senior point of contact for global lifestyle & hospitality clients Lead day-to-day client communication with clarity, structure, and strategic guidance Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable digital strategies Support key stakeholders in decision-making through data, insight, and scenario framing Manage briefs, align expectations, and ensure high-quality execution Digital Strategy & Performance Management Build and present full-funnel digital and brand strategies Guide clients across web performance, SEO, content, social, analytics, and market insights Analyze performance data, articulate insights, and recommend optimizations Align marketing activities with business outcomes, seasonal goals, and brand priorities Identify risks, opportunities, and shifts in the competitive landscape Campaign & Project Oversight Partner with creative, analytics, and technical teams to ensure timely execution Oversee asset production, content planning, reporting cycles, and quarterly business reviews Ensure all outputs reflect premium-brand standards and consistent strategic direction Drive structured, insight-based conversations with clients across markets Cross-Functional Team Collaboration Work closely with global partners to coordinate workflows across regions Provide clarity, context, and prioritization to internal teams For Associate Director level: mentor junior team members and steer client roadmap planning What We’re Looking For 3> Experience 6–10+ years in digital marketing, account management, brand strategy, or agency leadership Strong background in managing multi-market or regional accounts Experience working with lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, or high-growth digital clients is a plus Skills & Attributes Excellent English communication — structured, concise, and client-facing confident Strong analytical and presentation skills; able to turn data into business recommendations Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and strong in structured problem-solving Comfortable handling senior stakeholders and navigating dynamic environments Familiarity with: Google Analytics / Search Console SEO fundamentals Paid media concepts Content and brand marketing Cross-channel performance frameworks About the Hiring Company You will be joining a global digital organization at the forefront of AI-powered insights, market intelligence, and performance strategy for luxury lifestyle and hospitality brands.
