Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Frontline Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or walk-in
  • Assist customers with service inquiries, appointment scheduling, and status updates
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary

Service Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians
  • Prepare work orders and ensure accurate documentation of service requests
  • Track job progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Coordinate spare parts requests and availability with the inventory team

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain organized records of service reports, customer data, and job documentation
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly service center reports
  • Support billing activities, including invoice preparation and follow-ups
  • Monitor tools, equipment, and general workspace to ensure operational readiness

Internal Communication

  • Liaise with technicians, supervisors, and other departments for smooth operations
  • Communicate updates on job status, customer issues, and operational challenges

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, or administrative support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
