  1. Provide administrative and operational support to service center teams in NCR and North Luzon.
  2. Handle data encoding, case monitoring, and documentation of customer and dealer transactions.
  3. Assist in processing warranty claims, parts requisitions, replacements, and refunds.
  4. Coordinate with technicians, logistics, warehouse, finance and dealer care teams for case updates and resolutions.
  5. Track and consolidate service center performance reports (e.g., TAT,CSAT/DSAT, backjob rate, parts consumption).
  6. Support the call center and dealer care teams by validating service records and ensuring proper escalation.
  7. Maintain accurate records in the CRM/system for traceability and compliance.
  8. Monitor and follow up on pending cases, escalations, and logistics delays
  9. Assist management in preparing monthly reports and analysis for South Luzon, Visayang and Mindanao.
  10. Ensure alignment with company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

1.Fresh graduates with a strong academic background Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Management, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

2.Strong written and verbal communication skills.

3.Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

4.A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

5.Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.

6. Good Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

7.Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Word and PPT
