Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing concerns and enhancing customer experience.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Oversee the customer service team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client inquiries and issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
- Develop and enforce customer service policies and best practices in alignment with company objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor customer service representatives to build a high-performing team.
- Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a leadership role within sales-driven environments.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented setting.
