Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing concerns and enhancing customer experience.
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Oversee the customer service team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client inquiries and issues.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Develop and enforce customer service policies and best practices in alignment with company objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor customer service representatives to build a high-performing team.
  • Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular coaching and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a leadership role within sales-driven environments.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
