Oversees and ensures the efficient implementation of all Human Resources functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping, and HR documentation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the overall operations and key functions of the Human Resources Department.
  • Supervises recruitment and selection to ensure hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Addresses employee concerns on compensation, benefits, and HR-related matters.
  • Plans and coordinates company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Fosters positive employee relations and provides guidance on workplace issues.
  • Manages disciplinary actions and ensures fair and timely resolution of cases.
  • Assists in payroll preparation and processing.
  • Monitors employee attendance, absences, and leave records.
  • Maintains and updates manpower and employee databases.
  • Prepares and submits HR reports such as Recruitment Status, Manpower Updates, and 201 Files.
  • Coordinates with department heads on timekeeping discrepancies.
  • Ensures confidentiality and proper maintenance of personnel records.
  • Oversees the performance evaluation process if neeeded.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
