An HR Officer will be responsible for Competency-Based Talent Acquisition as a primary function with: sourcing, Competency- based screening & interviewing, for HCDHCI .
A Human Resources (HR) Officer must be Proficient in managing every aspect of the employment which include but not limited to :
Hiring and Selection ( including recruitment marketing)
Discipline Management ( labor standards)
Compensation and Benefits ( SPROUT Payroll system)
Employee Engagement Activities
Rewards and Recognition
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
