100% remote position, no travel necessary - (work from home)

REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced English - Written and spoken
3 years minimum phone - customer service/call center experience.
Positive customer service attitude
Computer with Windows 8 or higher and quality headset
A quiet work environment with no outside noises or home distractions.
Reliable internet/electricity and quiet work environment
A reliable major internet provider with minimum speeds of 100MB Download, 50MB Upload and a ping of less than 50. (No WiFi Models, phone hotspots or local antenna providers)
Full time availability Mon-Fri between the hours of 6am - 5pm US MST (9pm - 8am PHIL) No weekends
Ability to learn new computer programs, remain focused, self-motivated, adaptable to change.
CLIENT CARE RECEPTIONIST POSITION:
We are currently looking for staff who would be a good fit for our CCR team. This position consists of taking inbound calls from current clients, former clients, potential clients and the social security administration. Job duties include screening potential clients, taking messages, transferring calls, sorting inbound faxes and processing documents.
SALARY: 37,171k - 55,762k PHP monthly (may vary based on current exchange rate) – Full Time 40-hour weekly schedule (4-6 USD/Hr) – Free of tax deductions. Each agent earns a base rate plus daily performances bonuses. Each agent also earns a quarterly bonus every 3 months as well as paid sick time off (PTO). **All employees are independent contractors. No benefits provided, no tax deductions. **
