WE ARE HIRING: RECEPTIONIST
Are you friendly, approachable, and great at making people feel welcome? We're looking for a Receptionist who can be the face of our brand and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls/messages to the appropriate person
- Handle appointment bookings, and queuing
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and sales report.
- Provide information about services, promotions, or products when needed
- Coordinate with staff and support branch operations as required
Qualifications:
- At least College Level
- Background in Sales or Customer Service is an advantage
- With good communication skills (Verbal, Phone, and Email)
- With a pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Willing to undergo training
- Willing to work at SM San Lazaro
