Office Secretary

Position Summary
Under close to general supervision, performs a variety of routine secretarial, clerical and administrative duties such as: typing correspondence and memos, greeting visitors, answering and routing telephone calls, distributing mail, performing routine clerical research and maintaining department/section files and supplies.
Qualifications
- College degree in Office Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferably at least six (6) months of experience in general office work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
