OFFICE SECRETARY
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any field; or
- Completion of at least a 2-year associate course or diploma program in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business, or a related field.
- With at least 2 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational or office setting.
- Experience in customer service or stakeholder support is an advantage.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and database management.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to confidentiality.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and adaptability in responding to the dynamic needs of the school environment.
- Strength in event coordination and logistical planning.
