- Communication Management: Acting as the primary point of contact, secretaries answer and redirect phone calls, manage email correspondence, greet visitors, and distribute messages and memos.
- Scheduling and Planning: Responsible for maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, booking venues, and making travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Document and Records Management: Duties include organizing, filing, and maintaining physical and electronic documents and records, such as client files, legal paperwork, or histories. They may also implement or update record-keeping systems.
- Meeting Support: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes during meetings, and ensure the information is accurately documented and circulated to all attendees.
- Office Administration: Ensure the office is well-maintained, monitor and order office supplies, and operate various office equipment like printers and scanners.
- Financial Tasks: Some roles may involve basic bookkeeping, documenting expenses, processing invoices, or preparing expense reports.
- Support for Staff: Often provide general support to managers and other employees, which can include preparing presentations, assisting with project tasks, or onboarding new employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
