QUALIFICATION:
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' solid HR experience with focus on recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, office administration, preparation and implementation of company policies, training & development gained from related company.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, independent, strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detailed orientated with a can-do attitude.
• Flexible and able to work multi-tasks.
• Good knowledge and well-versed with Philippines Employment Ordinances, Labor Laws
• Excellent command of oral and written English
• Exceptional computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Work closely with HR team
• Design HR & Admin corporate policies, guidelines / procedures, .
• Assist in new hire orientation process following company guidelines.
• Resolve/manage employee relations issues, concerns / grievances.
• Respond to associates inquiries on policies and practices,
• Support annual and periodic performance review process and assist in the review and analysis of performance results and related follow-up actions
• Assist in the implementation and administration of corporate programs and initiatives which include but not limited to the review of HR policies
• Ensure files and documentation for associates and organization are current, accurate and in compliance with employment rules and regulations
• Provide HR reports and analysis on a regular basis.
• Assist in supporting the day–to–day operation of the office.
Administering essential services and liaising with office building management
· Assist in organizing office functions and activities.
