About the role

PAOTSIN' is looking for an experienced HR operations officer with experience as trainor to join our growing team in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for delivering effective training programs to our employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. As the HR Officer, you will play a key role in shaping our company's talent development initiatives and contributing to our overall human resources strategy.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assessing training needs across the organization and developing tailored training programs to address skill gaps
  2. Delivering engaging, interactive training sessions that effectively communicate complex HR topics
  3. Collaborating with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives and employee development goals
  4. Maintaining training records and reporting on the impact of learning initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Trainor or Learning & Development Specialist
  2. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
  3. Experience in delivering training across a range of HR topics, such as onboarding, performance management, and compliance
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
