We are looking for a passionate, result-driven, and corporate ready HR OFFICER who will be part of our HR & Legal Management to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
NOTE: We are seeking someone with dependable PAYROLL EXPERIENCE and strong knowledge with Philippine Labor Laws. If you are also adept in operating SPROUT PH ECOSYSTEM as an HR and Payroll Database, you have a strong chance for this role.
- Assist the HR & Legal Head in the daily activities of the department, particularly attending to employee concerns, inquiries, and complaints related to payroll and other HR matters.
- End-to-end processing of bi-monthly payroll using Sprout HR/ Payroll database.
- Coordinate with Admin Officers of other businesses for the effective implementation of HR policies.
- Maintain 201 files and/or alphalist of employees.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the HR & Legal Head from time to time.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or relevant studies.
- Strong knowledge in Philippine Labor laws.
- At least 1 year of related experience handling payroll.
- Adept in Sprout HR database is PREFERRED but not required.
- With excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Can handle HR activities for multiple businesses
- Team-player, and with good working attitude.
- Willing to work on a Monday-Saturday shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
