Duties Responsibilities

  • Payroll & Compensation: Process payroll accurately and on time, including managing employee data, timesheets, and deductions. Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Ensure compliance with all federal and state payroll regulations.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Utilize various platforms to attract top talent and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Employee Relations & Labor Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues with professionalism and discretion. Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and interpreting company policies. Help with labor relations by ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance review process by tracking deadlines and maintaining performance-related documentation. Assist managers in setting goals and providing feedback.
  • Administrative & Clerical Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS). Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and new hire packets. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar HR role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping others. Must be a team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
