About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth delivery of compensation and benefits programs for our employees. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing benefit administration, compliance, reporting, and client engagement while driving process improvements and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic/Tactical
- Perform daily activities related to benefit administration for assigned clients.
- Assist immediate superior in resolving issues/incidents.
- Communicate with client contact persons for accounts handled.
- Prepare annual calendar of activities.
Reports and Analytics
- Review generated reports of processors to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Validate sickness and maternity benefit computations.
- Provide ad hoc reports as required.
Process and Compliance
- Ensure completeness of received documents for processing and submission to government agencies.
- Guarantee timely and accurate submission of documents and reports.
- Act as processor for larger accounts and/or back-up for smaller accounts during critical periods.
- Prepare supporting data for billing and manage billing and collection.
- Handle and resolve client queries effectively.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide new joiners ("buddy system").
- Actively participate in training, development, and other company initiatives.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, job evaluations, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with relevant labor and tax regulations.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client service orientation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
