Onsite Job – HR Generalist

Location: MRC Building, 7th Street, Brgy. Lakandula, Mabalacat City, Pampanga

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support and carry out the full range of HR functions within our organization. The HR Generalist will play an active role in ensuring smooth HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and training. The position will work closely with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, government-mandated contributions, and assist with payroll coordination.
  • Maintain and update personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with company standards and labor regulations.
  • Support employee engagement activities and address day-to-day HR-related queries.
  • Assist in implementing performance evaluation processes and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide support for audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with department heads and the HR team to provide HR operational support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist capacity.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
