Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer Assistant to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. The role involves assisting in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative HR tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR or administrative experience who are eager to start and grow their career in Human Resources. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job ads, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases/HRIS.
  • Assist in timekeeping, payroll coordination, and benefits processing.
  • Support employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Prepare and organize HR reports, memos, and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Generalist and department heads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates to 1 year of HR or admin experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn.
