MAIN TASK:

The HR Specialist Organizational Development is responsible for developing and conducting Personality Development Program that helps employee's growth, engagement and performance. This role involves in managing Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Documentation, And Employee Development to strengthen the company's culture, mission, and core values.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment including Job Postings, Screening, Interviewing, and On Boarding.
  • Collaborate with heads to identify job vacancy position.
  • Ensure background and reference checks are completed.
  • Administer and facilitate employee benefits programs, including career advancement applications and seminar/trainings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new employee inquiries.
  • Design and implement employee development programs, including training sessions, coaching, mentoring, and career pathing.
  • Manage internal communications related to learning and development opportunities.
  • Track development program participation and impact using surveys and feedback tools.
  • Timekeeping for One School.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous administrative experience in HR or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • The HR Administrative Assistant plays an essential role in supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth communication and documentation within the department.
  • Number of years : 2-3 years preferred
  • Gender: Female or Male
  • Age range: 25 above
