A Recruitment Marketing Head (or Head of Recruitment Marketing) is the person responsible for leading all marketing strategies and activities aimed at attracting job candidates to our company.

Main Purpose

To promote the company as an employer of choice and ensure that the right candidates are aware of, interested in, and apply for the job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop employer branding — build and maintain a positive public image of the company to attract top talent.
  • Plan recruitment campaigns — create online and offline campaigns (social media, job fairs, ads, videos, etc.).
  • Manage job advertising — oversee how and where job posts appear (LinkedIn, job portals, websites).
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams — align marketing messages with actual hiring needs.
  • Analyze data — track performance of campaigns (number of applicants, cost per hire, engagement rates).
  • Create engaging content — stories, visuals, and videos showing company culture and employee experiences.

Job Type: Full-time
