General Service Liaison Assistant

- Facilitates and handles all bank OTC transactions (bank deposits, Manager's Checks, BIR payments, etc)
- Liaise to different government agencies for document requisitions as necessary.
- Liaise to different private and non-government organizations/companies for notarial services, delivery of documents, etc.
- Assist in the conduct of GNIP activities/program or delivery of all materials, supplies and equipment as necessary.
- Assist staff on canvassing and/or purchasing of supplies and materials, conduct of product installations, dismantling, etc.
- Assist in equipment/furniture arrangement in Head Office, warehouse and do inventory, as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in Head Office.
- Maintain the safety of the Head Office by performing tasks like locking doors, checking electrical wirings of appliances and ensures all office equipment/appliances are properly turned off before leaving for home.
- Preparation of Fund Request and Settlement Report for payments processing of different office related expenses, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in administrative, finance-related, or field support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing operational needs
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Willingness and physical ability to perform field work, including delivery of documents, coordination with agencies, and light manual tasks (e.g., arranging equipment/furniture)
- Ability to handle financial transactions and prepare basic financial documents (fund requests, settlement reports)
- Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of maintaining office safety and orderliness
