Job Description
The Account Officer is responsible for monitoring deployed employees, assisting clients with their manpower needs, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role includes handling attendance, addressing employee concerns, preparing reports, and maintaining good client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily attendance and performance of deployed employees.
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower needs, updates, and issues.
- Assist employees with schedule concerns, reassignments, and basic HR matters.
- Support onboarding, deployment, and contract renewals.
- Prepare attendance, incident, and employee status reports.
- Conduct site visits to check operations and gather updates.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- College graduate (any course is welcome).
- Experience in manpower or HR work is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Can handle multitasking and fieldwork (motorcycle is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Organized, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
