Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations.
  2. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
  3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  4. Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  5. Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
  6. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit & inventory and variance analysis.
  7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  8. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. CPA or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  3. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work independently or with team to meet tight deadlines.
  8. Strong communication and analytical skills.
  9. CAN START ASAP.
