Experience:

  • Manpower Industry Experience: Prior experience in business development within the manpower service provider industry is a significant advantage.
  • Related Field Experience: 1-2 years of working experience in a related field is often required.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrating a history of successfully acquiring accounts and achieving sales targets is crucial.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for building relationships and representing the cooperative.
  • Networking: The ability to establish and nurture professional relationships with clients and industry professionals is highly valued.
  • Sales and Proposals: Knowledge of creating and presenting sales proposals and billing information is necessary.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding basic financial reports like P&L (Profit & Loss) can be helpful.
  • Self-Motivated: The role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and sound decision-making skills are key to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office applications is a standard requirement.

Industry-Specific Knowledge:

  • Manpower and Cooperative Understanding: Experience or a strong interest in the manpower industry, cooperative development, or community organizations can provide a significant advantage.
