We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Cebu City. You'll be the voice of our brand, engaging with customers across social media, email, and live chat. Your mission? Deliver outstanding support that leaves every customer feeling valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media platforms, email, and live chat
- Resolve product questions, order concerns, and general support issues with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate or resolve more complex issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Help identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or a related role (Preferred but not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and address customer concerns in a timely manner
- Must be currently residing in Cebu City
