We areseeking a dedicated and customer-focused Non-Voice Account CSR to join their team in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  7. Continuously enhance your product and industry knowledge to better assist customers

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and address customer needs
  3. Proficient in using various software applications and technology to effectively manage customer interactions
  4. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
